This service is provided as-is for development and evaluation.

Scope

• Beats is a public clock and timestamping service.
• Registry is a separate identity/accountability service.
• Availability, pricing, and limits may change without notice.

Network notice

• Provenonce is currently operating on Solana devnet. Mainnet deployment is planned.
• Devnet data may be reset, removed, or reinitialized without prior notice.
• Do not rely on devnet records for production-critical workflows.

No warranty

• No guarantee of uninterrupted access.
• No guarantee that any endpoint remains permanently free.
• No guarantee that any specific chain, RPC, or provider remains available.
• You are responsible for independently validating proofs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provenonce and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, reputation, or business opportunity, arising from use of the services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Provenonce and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the services, your content, or your violation of law or these terms.

Key management responsibility

• You are solely responsible for custody of API keys, secrets, and wallet keys.
• Loss, leakage, or compromise of keys may result in loss of access, unauthorized actions, or irreversible economic loss.
• Provenonce does not recover lost private keys.

Acceptable use

• Do not abuse rate limits or attempt service degradation.
• Do not submit illegal or prohibited content hashes.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access or exploit protocol endpoints.

Intellectual property

Except where explicitly stated otherwise, service code, docs, branding, and related materials are proprietary. No license is granted except as required to use the service endpoints as documented.

Financial and market risk disclaimer

• Nothing in these services or docs is financial, legal, or tax advice.
• SOL-denominated fees and costs can vary materially with SOL price volatility and network conditions.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in courts located in New South Wales, Australia.
